I am a fully qualified, professional Solution Focused Clinical Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. I am fully insured and registered with the relevant professional bodies and continue to develop my knowledge and skills through courses and supervision.
I completed my training with the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Centre in London in 2019 and was awarded a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as well as Hypnotherapy Practitioner diploma. This integrates well with my First Class Honours Degree in Psychology and Counselling.
I offer 1:1 empathetic, professional non-judgemental and confidential appointments, both in person and online via zoom. My competency is to support others to recognise their strengths and skills to achieve their intended life goals.
